First — thank you for trusting us with your little one's wellness routine. We know how much thought goes into every choice you make for your kids, and choosing to subscribe to Saffron Bears means a lot to us.

This page explains how your subscription works, what to expect, and what your rights are. We've kept it as simple and human as possible, but there are some bits where we have to use the formal language (the law makes us — sorry!). If anything is unclear, just email us at tryhealthyroot@gmail.com and a real person will get back to you within one business day.

These Subscription Terms apply to any subscription you start with HealthyRoot and sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. How Your Subscription Works

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, here's what happens:

  • You get 20% off every single order — yes, including your very first one
  • Your gummies arrive automatically every 30 days, so your little one never runs out mid-week
  • We send you a friendly heads-up email 3 days before each shipment, just in case you want to skip, swap, or change anything
  • Your saved payment method is charged on each renewal date
  • Free shipping is included on qualifying orders 🚚

You're always in control. Click the link in any subscription email to manage everything.


2. The 2-Delivery Minimum (and why we have one)

Your subscription includes a 2-delivery minimum. That means:

  • Your first order (the one you place today)
  • Plus 1 more delivery on your next renewal date

After that second delivery has shipped, you can cancel whenever you'd like — no questions, no hoops, no awkward exit interview 💛

Why the minimum? Honestly, because saffron needs time to do its thing. Most parents start noticing changes in focus and mood somewhere between week 4 and week 8 of consistent use — which is exactly why we ask for two boxes before you decide. One box isn't enough to know if it's working, and we don't want you to give up on something that could genuinely help your kiddo.

The 20% discount is our way of saying "we believe in this enough to make it worth your while to give it a real shot."

This minimum is shown clearly on the product page and at checkout before you subscribe — so by choosing Subscribe & Save, you're telling us you're in for two boxes. After that, you're free.


3. Pause, Skip, Switch — You're in Charge

Life with kids is unpredictable. We get it. That's why your subscription is fully flexible:

  • 🟡 Skip a delivery — push your next order back without cancelling
  • 🍯 Swap or adjust — change what you receive on your next order
  • 💳 Update payment or shipping — change anytime before your next renewal

Just remember: changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your renewal to apply to that order. Made a change too late? It'll kick in for the order after that.


4. Our Refund Promise

4.1 Your First Order — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee 🌿

Trying something new for your kids is a leap of faith. So if your first order isn't right for your family, we'll refund it — no questions asked.

Just email info@tryhealthyroot.com within 30 days of receiving your first delivery with your order number, and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription order only.

4.2 Orders After the First

After your first delivery, follow-up orders are non-refundableunless one of these applies:

  • Your gummies arrived damaged or defective (we'll make it right, always)
  • You're exercising statutory rights under UK or AU consumer law (Sections 6 and 7)
  • You're exercising a local statutory right available where you live

To make sure you never get a charge you didn't want, we strongly recommend using that 3-day reminder email. Skip, pause, or cancel — it takes 30 seconds.

4.3 Refunds Don't Cancel Your Subscription

Heads up: getting a refund on one order doesn't automatically stop future deliveries. To cancel for good, follow Section 5 below.


5. How to Cancel

5.1 Easy Ways

  1. Click the manage link in any subscription email
  2. Email us at info@tryhealthyroot.com with your order number

We process cancellations within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email. Please keep that email — it's your proof everything's been stopped.

5.2 When Can You Cancel?

  • After your 2nd delivery has shipped: anytime, for any reason

5.3 What Happens After You Cancel

Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges immediately. Any orders that already shipped before you cancelled are still on their way and remain payable (subject to the refund rules above).


To use this right, email info@tryhealthyroot.com within 14 days of receiving your first order. You may need to return any unused gummies at your own cost.

6.2 Consumer Rights Act 2015

The products we send you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they're not, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

6.3 Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024

We follow all DMCC Act rules for subscriptions — including clear pre-purchase disclosure, reminder emails, and easy cancellation.


8. Customers

Your local consumer protection laws still apply. These Subscription Terms don't limit any statutory rights you have where you live. If there's ever a conflict between these Terms and your local rights — your local rights win.


9. Pricing, Discounts, and Payments

  • The Subscribe & Save discount is 20% off the regular price.
  • Your discount is calculated at each renewal based on the current product price.
  • We may change subscription pricing in the future, but we'll always give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't like the new price, you can cancel before it kicks in.
  • Promotional codes don't usually stack with subscription discounts unless we say otherwise.
  • We charge the payment method on file at each renewal. If a payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After 3 fails, we'll pause your subscription until you update your details.

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription orders usually ship within 1–2 business days of renewal
  • Delivery times depend on where you live and the shipping method you chose
  • Free shipping applies on qualifying orders (you'll see the threshold at checkout)
  • We can't be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather gremlins 🌦️

11. Keeping Your Address Up to Date

Please make sure your shipping address is always current in your account. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an old address that wasn't updated in time. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or wasn't picked up, you may be charged for re-shipping.


12. When We Might Pause or Cancel a Subscription

We reserve the right to pause or end a subscription if:

  • A payment keeps failing and isn't sorted
  • We suspect fraud, abuse of promo offers, or misuse of our refund policy
  • The subscription violates our Terms of Service
  • We discontinue a product (in which case we'll offer a comparable replacement or refund any unshipped orders in full)

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make any meaningful changes that affect your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days before they kick in. If you keep your subscription going after that date, that means you've accepted the new Terms.
